ABOUT JOHN
John MacIver learned the construction business at an early age as the son of the town building inspector. After serving his country in the U.S. Army, John graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in marketing and entered the pharmaceutical business. During his nineteen year career, John rose up the ranks of sales and marketing management culminating his career as the Director of Sales of a major pharmaceutical company. Moreover, he learned the relocation business by relocating himself five times and helping to relocate over 200 employees and their families. Residing in Flemington, New Jersey, Hunterdon County's heartland, John lives with his wife, has two daughters, and is a grandfather.
John serves his community as Past-President of the American Heart Association, Past-Chairman of the March of Dimes and Past-President of the Whitehouse Rotary International. He is also actively involved with both Hunterdon & Somerset Counties' Chamber of Commerce.
Professionally, John holds New Jersey's highest real estate license - BROKER. He also holds the prestigious Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Graduate Realtor® Institute designation (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and a Certified Internet professional (e-PRO) as designated by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). John is a member of New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Club, a consistent member of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS Circle of Excellence, and a New Jersey Notary. He also holds membership in the Hunterdon/Somerset Board of REALTORS, New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR), and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Additionally, John is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), the Residential Sales Council of the REALTORS National Institute of Marketing, the Garden State Multiple Listing Service, New Jersey Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists, the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC), Real Estate Cyber Society (RECS), and an annual member of the RE/MAX 100% Club. In 1998, John was inducted into the Re/Max International Hall of Fame reserved only for 913 sales professionals out of 53,000 international agents. In 1999, John was inducted into the Re/Max Platinum Club, and in 2008, John received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award of Re/Max International for helping over 1000 families with the purchase of their homes.

ABOUT JEFF
Jeff is a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County. He graduated from Delaware Valley Regional High School in 1977 and received his BS from The University of Wyoming in 1981. Jeff started his sales career in 1981 at Flemington Car and Truck County where he consistently ranked in the top 50 salespeople in the country.
Jeff owned and operated a large Travel Management company for 12 years in Hunterdon County. During this time, Jeff was involved in all aspects of the community. He was awarded two of the highest honors given by the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, the Hunterdon County Entrepreneur of the Year and the Sam Walton Business Leader of the Year. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for Freedom House and the North Hunterdon Rotary Club. With Jeff's knowledge of construction, he has built several spec. houses, and his sales and business background have enabled him to provide knowledge and service "second to none."
Jeff is fourth generation resident of Hunterdon County and lives with his wife and two children in Alexandria Township. His family dates back to 1852 and settled in the Oldwick area of Hunterdon County.
Professionally Jeff has attained ReMax Platinum Club, ReMax 100% Club, Re/max Hall of Fame, and NJAR Circle of Excellence. Jeff is a member of NJ Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Hunterdon/Somerset Board of Realtors and Garden State Multiple Listing Service.
